Some borrower members of Co-operative institutions are failing to repay loan principal and interest on time, creating liquidity problems and delaying the refund of other members’ savings. Borrowers are therefore instructed to repay loans as per existing laws and agreements. Failure to do so will result in legal action, and Co-operatives are authorized to recover outstanding dues under the Co-operative Act and Regulations.
